Lifestyle Design Workshop
and much more!

Tickets are now available.
Ready to schedule your pause?
It all begins with choosing yourself. Entering the Pause experience, you will be surrounded by like minded community and support of expert facilitators, to lead you through a day of retreating, leaning into pausing and filling your own cup.
The day begins as a collective, a warm welcome into a beautiful and unique space. After settling in, we will participate in collective, interactive workshops to start and build our empowering and safe space. As we warm up with one another, we also begin to create space within ourselves to truly explore what a pause can do for us.
In the second half of the day, after nourishing with a plant based lunch, we have the “Create Your Own Retreat” segment, where the collective will break into more intimate groups to workshop. Everyone will get the opportunity to choose 2 of 4 workshops that will be provided, to create their ideal afternoon retreat.
We gather together as a community once more, to close out our day in a collective workshop and to embrace the unified energy and power behind taking our pause .

Combining our knowledge with our passion fueled the foundation of our wellness company. Plants are Life, eat them. We are excited to share some tips and tricks to keeping plant based eating easier and accessible on a daily basis. Adriana, she/they, is a voracious, contemplative student and devoted teacher of yoga. Her teaching meets folks where they are in their journey by connecting potent practices to the present student at the aligned time. She shares the heart of the practice in ways that are sometimes silly and playful, sometimes subtle and deep, and always grounded in yogic principles alchemized by lived experience. Her aim as teacher is guiding individuals to move differently yet still together.
She calls on her great teachers: nature and ancestor, along with over a thousand hours of training with revered facilitators and mentors and ten years of experience to guide both active and deeply restorative asana (postures), pranayama (engaging with vital life force through breath), guided awareness for deep rest, and yoga nidra (divine yogic sleep).
Adriana emphasizes self-inquiry, discernment in action, sovereignty, and our innate interconnectedness to nourish student’s daily life and catalyzes individuals in their role in the collective, towards calling in a world where we all thrive.
In this session, you will be led through intentional movement that nourishes the connection of body, breath, mind, and intuition followed by a guided awareness practice inviting all layers of your being to find deep, illuminative rest.
